Miss Beulah Murdock and Mason Stockton were quietly married in Merced Wednesday, June 16th. There were no attendants. They are spending a honeymoon in Glenn County and from there will go to Yosemite, where they will spend the Summer.

Both young people are well known here. The bride was born and raised near this place and attended the local schools, graduating from the Le Grand Joint Union High School with the class of 1933 and two years later graduating from the state college at San Jose. She has since taught in the Appling School. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Murdock and granddaughter of Mrs. Abbie Waller of Plainsburg. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. I. D. Stockton and was also a graduate of the local high school with the class of 1923. Until recently he has been employed in Taft as a radio salesman and it is thee that the young couple will make their home.
