here for Clara Pfitzer Bender, 87, who died in the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Adolph Domengime in Los Banos.

GUSTINE-- Funeral services will be held here Monday for Mrs. Clara Pfitzer
Bender, 87, who died in Los Banos on Friday.
Rites are set for 9 a.m. at the Davis-Hansen Funeral Chapel with mass
following at 9:30 a.m. at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Burial will follow
in the Los Banos Cemetery.
A native of Los Banos, Mrs. Bender was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Rose Bunker, and a brother, William
Pfitzer, both of Los Banos.

Last Rites Held for Mrs. Bender
Funeral services were held at the Holy Ghost Church in Gustine for Mrs.
Clara Bender of that city who died at the age of 87. Burial was in the Los
Banos Cemetery.
Mrs. Bender was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Pfitzer, early day
settlers on the West Side. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. William Bunker of
Gustine; a brother, William Pfitzer, also of Gustine; and several nephews
and nieces.
