William J. Blair, Is Buried Monday

William J. Blair, 70, widely known in this city as a farmer, was buried Monday morning at the Masonic cemetery, following services in the Ivers and Alcorn mission chapel. The Rev. Lawrence Holly officiated.

He had succumbed to a heart attack early Friday morning. He was a native of Arkansas, and had lived in Merced 38 years.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ann Blair, two brothers, Joseph R. Blair of Oakland, and Rufus Blair, of Arkansas.
