MRS. CRANDALL DIES AT HOME.

Mrs. Sarah Ann Crandall, died at her home, 737 Nineteenth, at 10 last night. Active up to the time of her death, she was ill only one day. Funeral services will be announced by Welch and Griffin. Sarah Ann Adams was born near Warrensburg, Mo., in October of 1856.

The family later moved to Kansas, where in 1873 Miss Adams married Perry Crandall, a medical student. From 1873 to 1892 they lived in Kansas, coming to Merced in the latter year and buying a home in British Colony.

Dr. Crandall died in 1924. Mrs. Crandall then moved to her Nineteenth street home. A son, C.C. Crandall, died in 1931. A daughter, Alma Fitchett-Champlain, died in 1922. A daughter, Mrs. R.S. Weaver of Bear Creek drive, survives.
