George R. Dalton Dies In Hospital

George R. Dalton, 61, Merced rancher, died in the Mercy hospital Sunday. He was a native of Kansas and had lived in Merced 19 years.

Surviving him are his widow Mrs. Grace Dalton, a son, Richard, one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Davis, all of Merced, and a sister, Mrs. Jennie McLaghlan of Palo Alto.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 in Ivers and Alcorn Mission chapel with the Rev. W. A. Cash officiating. Cremation will follow in the Evergreen crematory.
