Carrie M. Jameson

Los Banos---Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Whitehurst Funeral Chapel here for Mrs. Carrie Marin Jameson, 89, long time Los Banos
resident who died Monday in a Merced hospital, following a two year illness.

The Rev. Sherwood Daily, local Methodist pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Los Banos Cemetery.

Mrs. Jameson was a Los Banos resident 87 years, and the last Order of Eastern Star charter member here. She came to Los Banos from San Raphael with her parents, Mr. And Mrs. Charles H. Wiley, who homesteaded what is now the A. L. Alberti ranch seven miles southeast of here. She was married to William J. Jameson in 1887. He died in 1910. They had owned and operated a large grain and dairy ranch until retirement in 1906. Mrs. Jameson resided at 448 L.St. since her husbands death.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Tiller of Berkeley and Mrs. Marin J. Spears of Chowchilla; two sons, William L. Jameson of Los Banos and
Charles M. Jameson of Oakland; two brothers, Elmer Wiley in Massachusetts and William M. Wiley of San Francisco; seven grandchildren and 19
great-grandchildren.
