Funeral Set for Mrs. Landram, Merced Native
Mrs. Martha E. Landram, 83, a life time resident of Merced, died in a local hospital Friday. She was the widow of the late Finis Landram who died Jan. 17, 1958.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Mission Chapel Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Hoffmeister, Central Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be at the Garden of Flora Cemetery.
Mrs. Landram was born in Merced April 23, 1878. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, the Old Timers Association, the Bear Creek Grange and was a charter member of the Bradley Busy Bees. She had resided at 8 East 21st St.
She leaves two daughters; Mrs. Marjorie L. Clark of Livingston, and Mrs. Velma L. Hansen of Santa Cruz; a son, the Rev. Robert Hall Landram of Chicago, Ill., two sisters, Mrs. Lola Davis of la Sierra and Mrs. Ivy Young of Madera; a brother, Almer E. Hall of Pacific Grove; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
